Typical French Crêpes
– 250g of flour
– 4 eggs
– 50 cl Lactel Vitamin D milk
– 1 tablespoon of vanilla sugar
– 1 pinch of salt
– 50 g of butter
– 1 tablespoon rum or orange blossom
Preferably, make the dough a few hours in advance.
In a bowl, mix the flour, eggs, vanilla sugar, salt and milk with a whisk.
(For a dough without lumps, use a food processor)
Add melted butter and rum spoonful. Let rest.
In a very hot pan, pour a little butter to grease the pan.
Pour half a ladle and cook a few minutes.
The cooking time depends on the intensity of the fire and also tastes.
The first pancake will be your test to the dough if the pancake is too dry, add butter or milk; if it tears, adds flour using a sieve to avoid lumps.
