Steamed Egg with Shrimps

4-6 serving

– Shrimp 5 pcs
– Pepper a pinch
– Salt a pinch
– Egg 100g (2 pcs)
– Salt a pinch
– Oil a little(1/4 tsp)
– Cold milk 150g

1.Defrost the shrimps, add a pinch of salt and pepper. Put them into boiling water for around half a minute, transfer to cold water.
2.Bring some water to a boiling for steaming. Beat cold eggs finely. Add salt and oil, then cold milk, stir and mix slightly.
3.Pass the egg through a fine sieve into the steaming plate. Pat the shrimps dry with kitchen paper, add them in the middle. Cover the plate with cling wrap, put a little bit water outside the edge of the plate for easier wrapping.
4.When water boils, steam the egg for 10-13minutes. By slightly moving the plate, the egg custard should be slightly firm. Serve warm.
