Red Beans Milk Jelly
– Cold water 80g
– Unflavoured powdered gelatin 18g
– Evaporated milk 410g
– White sugar 70g
– Red beans paste 130-180g
1.Put the cold water in a small bowl, add the gelatin powder. Stir briskly until mixed and thickened, set aside.
2.In the jelly cups / big container, place the red beans paste at the bottom.
3.Heat the milk gently over low heat. Turn off the heat just until steam begins to rise. Dissolve sugar in the milk. Add in the thickened gelatin, mix gently until completely dissolve. Pass the puree through a fine mesh sieve into the jelly cups / container.
4.Put jelly into refrigerator and let sit for at least 3-4 hours. Better to leave overnight. Serve it with the jelly cups or by cutting into pieces. Enjoy the dessert!
