Pistachio & Almond Chocolate
1 small tray
– Digestive biscuit 100g
– Almond 25g
– Pistachio 25g
– Chocolate buttons 170g
– Butter 50g
– Lactel evaporated milk 30g
Crush the biscuits, almonds and pistachios. Set side.
In a bowl, melt the chocolate and butter in a warm water bath. Gently add room-temperature or warm Lactel evaporated milk and mix well. Add crushed biscuits & nuts in several times and stir well.
Pour the mixture to a small rectangular oven tray with baking paper. Set side.
Melt the remaining chocolate and butter in a warm water bath. Add to the oven tray as the chocolate surface.
Freeze the chocolate for at least 60 minutes until set. Cut it into blocks and serve.
