– Egg 2 pcs
– Granulated sugar 40g
– Large marshmallow 3-4 pcs
– Lactel UHT whole milk 180g
– Apricot jam a little
Mix eggs and sugar in a large bowl, add Lactel UHT whole milk and stir well.
Sieve the mixture and pour into 5-6 steaming bowls. Cover the bowls with cling wrap, wet the outside edge of the bowls for easier wrapping
Stew for 10-15 minutes in boiling water with lid. Afterwards, turn off the heat and stew for another 10-15 minutes with lid.
Top with some apricot jam. Cut a marshmallow into half and add a drop of apricot jam to the cut side. Add to the custard as decoration as a fried egg.
